Matt responded very promptly to our requirements detailed on checkatrade and was able to attend the following day. He spent considerable amount of time to resolve the issue on our 20 year old shower thermostat. The alternative to replace the thermostat would have had significant impact on the bathroom decoration along with major cost implications. Would definite use Matt in the future.

We had the unfortunate issue of the hot tap on our bath/shower mixer break, resulting in a largely unstoppable flow of hot water (not ideal from a bill perspective). Cue lots of stress and panic! Matt was on the scene within an hour of me reaching out and installed a replacement with minimal fuss. This job was complicated as the end user was a vulnerable adult and new problems cropped up all the way through.
